The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The customer shall bear all costs associated with returning the product. The product must be returned directly to the supplier.
CTSMP LIMITED is not responsible or liable for any costs associated with the return shipment of the product.
The customer agrees to indemnify CTSMP LIMITED for any expenses or liabilities associated with the return process.
